We are delighted to introduce the 2024 brand video for Bernhard H. Mayer watches and jewellery. This campaign is written by Victoria Taylor, directed by Lawrence Jacomelli and features actress and model Wyomi Reed and Big Wave surfer Adam Amin…

We have been working hard on this campaign for the last 9 months so it’s a really great moment to finally share the new Bernhard H. Mayer videos. In all we created 20 videos for the brand as well as a stills image campaign of 80 images.

This Bernhard H. Mayer brand story video is about two people who are drawn together because of their love of the ocean and their desire for adventure.

Our two hero characters are ocean adventurer’s. They are thrill seekers, loving life and always looking for the next adventure. They are competitive and driven, always up for a challenge and a chance to push themselves further. They also believe in the adventure of love.

Bernhard H. Mayer Brand Video Script 2024

A female kite surfing board thunders along the water…..we travel at high speed with the rider as the board clips the waters surface, adrenaline pumping.

Her hands clasp the ropes, the Bernhard H. Mayer Wave Rider shining and wet from the water spray. She tugs and suddenly we are airborne….

The thunderous noise stops as we drift through the air like a bird. Its magical, exhilarating..

The board slams back down on the water and with a sharp turn we are soaring down the face of a wave….as she reaches the bottom suddenly another kite surf cuts past close to her and launches into the air behind her….before it speeds off into the distance as they go opposite directions.

 

We cut to her packing her things away in the car park. Opposite her is another car. We cant see the person packing his stuff away. Then the trunk is shut. She notices him wearing a Bernhard H. Mayer Wave Rider watch here). We reveal the man that cut past her on the wave…..she is unsure. She looks quizically, then looks away.

The man looks up giving a gentle smile. He drives away, she watches him go from the corner of her eye.

New day. Cut to our hero girl driving around stunning island landscape. Drone shots set the scene. Just then she passes someone on the side of the road. He is jogging and carrying a surfboard. She looks in her rear view mirror, thinks she recognises him, then looks back over her shoulder, as he disappears down the mountain side towards the ocean. She is unsure, but she smiles to herself.

We cut to our hero girl at a hotel. She is dressed for dinner, she looks elegant, effortlessly cool. She fixes her Bernhard H. Mayer earrings and Bernhard H. Mayer necklace in the mirror before heading out. Just as she leaves the lift and turns the corner, our hero man walks into the lift. They just miss each other. His hand presses the lift button revealing his Bernhard H. Mayer watch, just as hers did.

Cut to a beautiful sail boat cutting through crystal waters. On deck a handful of people prepare to dive. Our hero girl prepares her tank when a man lifts his arm. She notices the Bernhard H. Mayer watch….it’s our hero man. They look at each other for a beat and give a small smile.

Cut to both of them underwater, we glide with them as they explore the reefs and fish. Our hero girl reaches out to hold hands and we see both Bernard H Meyer Wave Rider watches before cutting away.

Cut to daybreak at the hotel. As our hero girl leaves the hotel wearing a Bernard H. Meyer necklace and Bernard H. Meyer earrings and carrying her bags. She bumps into our hero man. They stop a moment, slowly their fingers brush against each others (we see the Bernard H. Meyer watches here),  and our hero girls gives a smile and steps away.

Our hero girl drives off once again leading us to the end part of our journey, through stunning landscape and continuous adventure. When she passes the spot she saw the man in the beginning with his surfboard. She stops and gets out. She takes her surfboard from the back of the car and follows the pathway down to the beach where she finds our hero man.

Our hero girl walks up alongside him wearing her Bernard H. Meyer jewellery. They both stand with their boards. He smiles, then they both break into a sprint racing towards the waves.

Both our man and woman set themselves free on the waves, living in the moment, making the most of the adventure and opening the door to each other.
