Victoria Taylor Creative Director & Co-Founder of Beast Films London + Los Angeles

Victoria Taylor is the co-founder of Beast Films alongside director Lawrence Jacomelli — a filmmaker-led production company with offices in London and Los Angeles specialising in cinematic branded content, commercial campaigns and long-form storytelling.

As a creative director, writer and executive producer, Victoria works across branded content, commercial campaigns and long-form narrative development, helping shape Beast Films’ reputation for emotionally driven storytelling and cinematic creative strategy.

Before founding Beast Films, Victoria worked within the London advertising industry at agencies including The Fink Tank and Saatchi & Saatchi, developing campaigns shaped by storytelling, visual communication and audience psychology. This background helped define the creative identity of Beast Films: cinematic branded content rooted in emotion, atmosphere and human connection rather than traditional advertising formulas.

Since launching Beast Films in London in 2014, Victoria has developed campaigns and branded films for global clients including British Airways, IKEA, DAZN, Liberty Global, Swatch, Cambridge Audio and Zalando — helping establish Beast as a London production company recognised for cinematic storytelling and filmmaker-led creative direction.

Early Career & Creative Background

Before co-founding Beast Films, Victoria Taylor built her career within the advertising industry, developing experience across creative strategy, copywriting and campaign development.

She previously worked at renowned London agency The Fink Tank under legendary executive creative director Graham Fink, before continuing her career at Saatchi & Saatchi. These early experiences helped shape her understanding of visual storytelling, emotional communication and brand narrative — foundations that would later become central to the identity of Beast Films.

Rather than approaching advertising through traditional agency formulas, Victoria developed a storytelling-led philosophy focused on emotion, atmosphere and cinematic thinking — helping bridge the worlds of filmmaking, branded content and commercial communication.

Founding Beast Films

In 2014, Victoria Taylor and Lawrence Jacomelli co-founded Beast Films as a filmmaker-led production company built around cinematic storytelling for brands, agencies and broadcasters.

Operating between London and Los Angeles, Beast Films was created to combine the emotional craft of filmmaking with the speed and structure of commercial production. Victoria played a central role in shaping the company’s creative direction, narrative voice and long-term identity.

Under Victoria’s creative leadership, Beast Films developed campaigns and branded content recognised for their cinematic quality, emotional storytelling and visual restraint — positioning the company among leading commercial production companies working across branded content, TV commercials and creative campaigns.

Today, Beast Films collaborates internationally across advertising, entertainment, corporate and branded storytelling projects while maintaining the creative flexibility of an independent filmmaker-led studio.

Building Beast Films Los Angeles

As Beast Films expanded internationally, Victoria helped establish Beast Films Los Angeles as the company’s US division — strengthening relationships with American brands, agencies and narrative productions.

The Los Angeles office reflects Beast Films’ continuing relationship with both commercial filmmaking and cinematic storytelling, allowing the company to operate fluidly between London and California while supporting productions across North America and Europe.

Working between both cities has enabled Victoria and Beast Films to collaborate across a wide range of industries including fashion, technology, tourism, sport, automotive and entertainment, while maintaining a unified creative identity rooted in cinematic storytelling.

Creative Direction & Branded Storytelling

Victoria Taylor’s work focuses heavily on emotional communication, narrative structure and audience connection — shaping campaigns designed to feel cinematic, human and emotionally resonant rather than traditionally commercial.

Her approach often prioritises atmosphere, tone and emotional truth over overt advertising language, helping brands communicate identity and feeling through storytelling rather than messaging alone.

This philosophy became particularly visible through Beast Films’ collaboration with London creative agency Mr H and the Cayman Islands Tourist Board.

The campaign centred around a series of cinematic destination films designed to communicate not simply the beauty of the islands, but the emotional experience of being there. The films later attracted the attention of British Airways Holidays and were adapted for international television broadcast and distribution across British Airways’ global in-flight entertainment network.

The project became an example of Victoria’s broader creative philosophy: developing branded storytelling emotionally strong enough to evolve beyond its original commercial brief.

Liberty Global & International Production

Victoria also played a central creative role in Beast Films’ internationally coordinated 2023 end-of-year campaign for Liberty Global.

The project required extensive international coordination across productions in London, Amsterdam, Northern England, Ireland, Singapore and Denver — while maintaining a cohesive visual identity and emotional narrative throughout.

Working closely across scripting, structure, production coordination and creative continuity, Victoria helped oversee the development of a unified campaign capable of functioning across multiple territories and production teams simultaneously.

The final film demonstrated Beast Films’ ability to combine cinematic storytelling with complex international production logistics under significant time pressure.

Fastback Films & Narrative Development

Alongside Beast Films, Victoria Taylor co-founded Fastback Films, a production company focused on feature films, television and long-form narrative storytelling.

Within Fastback Films, Victoria works across writing, creative development and production, focusing particularly on psychologically driven stories, contained thrillers and character-led narratives designed for international audiences and festival distribution.

She also served as writer and executive producer on Blood Star, the debut feature directed by Lawrence Jacomelli and premiered at the Neuchâtel International Fantastic Film Festival before later screening at Grimmfest and Cinequest.

Fastback Films reflects Victoria’s continuing interest in stories exploring psychology, identity, isolation and human vulnerability through cinematic form.
