Pam Hogg Behind The Scenes
Beast teamed up with Los Angeles–based fashion magazine Tinsel Tokyo to create this beautifully shot behind-the-scenes film for fashion icon Pam Hogg. The brief was deceptively simple: stay well away from the action, but still capture it.
Taking a discreet, observational approach, we worked from the edges of the set — using creative framing, unusual angles, and subtle camera movement to build a voyeuristic atmosphere. The result is a film filled with fleeting details and intimate moments that might otherwise go unnoticed during a typical fashion editorial shoot.
Rather than documenting process directly, the film allows the mood of the day to emerge organically. Textures, gestures, and glances combine to create a sense of proximity without intrusion, offering an authentic window into the energy and rhythm of the shoot.
To complete the piece, we set the film to a Pam Hogg music track, allowing the sound to carry the soul and attitude of her designs. The result is a behind-the-scenes film that feels less like documentation and more like an extension of the fashion itself — instinctive, atmospheric, and quietly charged.
