Goodman Masson Brand Video
Goodman Masson are a recruitment company doing genuinely progressive things, so when they asked us to help create a film about the importance of putting people first at work, we couldn’t say no. It’s a subject that sits close to our own values, and one we felt deserved a thoughtful, emotionally resonant approach.
From the outset, the ambition was to make a film that spoke to everyone — regardless of job title, industry, or skill set. Rather than focusing on roles or outcomes, the film centres on people: their experiences, their wellbeing, and the simple truth that work should support the individual, not the other way around.
The storytelling is deliberately inclusive and human, designed to feel relatable rather than corporate. By grounding the message in shared emotion and everyday reality, the film reinforces the idea that empathy, understanding, and care are fundamental to building healthier, more productive workplaces.
The project went on to win at the London Brand Film Festival, recognising its emotional impact, clarity of message, and commitment to people-first storytelling.
