For the UK release of Blood Star, BEAST produced a dedicated launch film alongside an extended teaser designed specifically for the thriller and horror audience. Building on the core themes of the film, the campaign used animation, graphic motifs, and carefully chosen visual symbols to create intrigue without revealing narrative detail.

Rather than relying on traditional trailer structure, the films functioned as atmospheric hooks — fragments of the story world that invite curiosity and unease. Key objects, textures, and recurring imagery were woven together to suggest danger, isolation, and control, allowing the audience to piece together meaning without exposition.

The extended teaser expanded on this approach, using rhythmic editing and graphic transitions to deepen tone and reinforce the film’s identity as a stripped-back, psychologically driven road horror. Designed primarily for social and digital platforms, the campaign prioritised shareability, recognisability, and genre credibility.

The result was a launch asset that felt native to the horror community — suggestive rather than explanatory, mood-driven rather than promotional — positioning Blood Star as a film to be discovered rather than sold.
